Office cleaning Düsseldorf: what is included
You decide what we clean. Every office is set up differently, so we agree the rooms and tasks with you before we start. Most businesses ask for a mix of these areas:
- Work areas and meeting rooms, including desks, surfaces and floors
- Kitchen, coffee corner and break room
- Toilets and washrooms
- Reception, entrance and corridors
Other areas can be added to your plan, for example the waiting room in a practice, the sales floor in a shop or the changing area in a gym. Tell us which rooms matter most to you.
Some jobs come up less often. Glass doors, frames and reachable windows can be added through our window cleaning service, either together with the office cleaning or as a separate appointment. Blinds are only cleaned on a separate quote. If your office has just been renovated or has not been cleaned properly for a while, a deep clean of the whole office can be a good first step.
For regular cleaning, we use the cleaning products you have in the office. For one-off jobs such as a deep clean, we bring our own. Eco-friendly products are available on request.
How it works
Office cleaning prices: individual quote
We do not have a fixed price list for office cleaning, because the effort differs a lot from one business to the next. A small agency with two rooms and one kitchen needs much less time than a practice with several treatment rooms and a waiting area. The price depends on things like:
- The size of your office and the number of rooms
- Which areas and tasks are included
- How often we clean
- Extra work such as windows or a first deep clean
Every quote is a final price. As a small business under § 19 UStG (Kleinunternehmer), we do not charge VAT, so nothing is added on top of the amount in your quote.
