Household Help with Health Insurance during Pregnancy or Illness

If you are pregnant, have just had a baby or are ill, the housework quickly piles up. We take over cleaning, laundry and tidying at your home. We invoice you afterwards; whether your health insurer reimburses it is decided by the insurer before the first visit.

We work in Düsseldorf and six neighbouring cities. Choose your city for local details.

Very professional and excellent service.
I booked them for a move-out cleaning and couldn’t be happier. Mr. Hamoud from Spotless responded incredibly fast, and we were able to arrange the walk-through appointment on the same day. Since we were under time pressure, that was a huge relief.
Their pricing is also very reasonable—compared to other cleaning companies in the area, they are more affordable. What stood out the most to me, though, was their customer service. It’s genuinely excellent and not something you find that often.
The cleaning crew arrived on time and left the apartment absolutely spotless. Honestly, I’ve never even seen the place this clean - not even when I first moved in!
